• Up to 100 guests outdoors

• Alcohol permitted for closed-to-the-public events with a day-of insurance policy 

• Barista available for $50/hr

• Private chef or your own catering available

• Outdoor picnic tables and ADA restrooms

• Amplified music indoors and acoustic outdoors

• Available event hours: 3 - 11 p.m. (earlier hours available at additional cost to close the market retail operations)

• 2-Hour rental minimum
