Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for all of your support and outreach. Due to a tragic family death we have been further behind on the build but appreciate your emails and inquiries since our signage has been installed. We want to thank D&D Signs for their craftsmanship and hard work.
To answer a lot of the questions we have been receiving, we do not have a tentative opening date yet (we're hoping for the summer/fall of '23), but when we're open we'll still be offering the following:
U-pick for lavender, blueberries, and produce
Fresh & frozen produce (elderberries, blueberries, vegetables, herbs, maple syrup, honey, plants, etc.)
Events & classes (harvest events, weddings, baby showers, and classes provided by us and vendors with a focus on topics such as "Beekeeping 101", "Building Soil", "Herbalism", etc.)
Retail space on the main floor focusing on our produce, herbs, oils, nutraceutical products, botanical goods, and more
Coffee, baked goods, and to-go items for our community
A small tasting counter for elderberry-related goods (cordials, syrups, mead, ciders, and such)
A farm-stay AirB&B upstairs for guests who want to experience our farm more in depth
Farm tours and demonstrations for regenerative agriculture and permaculture methods
When the M-72 corridor ordinance was updated, we had a vision to unite all the M-72 farms for a "farm tour community", much like what we have for our wineries in the area, to encourage the community to engage in local agriculture. We firmly believe that supporting local farmers is essential and a better way forward for our environment and personal health. We previously ran mini-farm with goats, chickens, and produce
With Thanksgiving approaching, we want to give our sincere gratitude and an update. May your holidays be blessed and filled with love and gratitude.
